We really are Mom and Pop. We are not a corporate landlord. We try to bring a professional level of quality and service to our properties, but with the kind of heart that we would want our adult family members to have from their own landlords.  

We accept service animals and support animals subject to proof submitted and verified through the PetScreening service. For pets, we likewise require a profile submitted through PetScreening. 

Honesty is an important part of our tenant screening. 

Located in Arroyo Grande, California, Vineyard at Halcyon has a mix of 2 bed/1 bath, 2 bed/2 bath and studio units.  Most units on the property feature a new kitchen with new cabinets, stainless steel dishwasher, refrigerator and range; new bathrooms; new washer and dryer; new windows and window coverings; and new paint, flooring and lighting throughout.
